Remote Meetings Available

In this very trying crisis, getting a health care power of attorney, living will, and other estate planning documents is more important than ever. Of course, we are taking new clients. But we are taking precautions.

Although we prefer face to face meetings with our clients, for many that is no longer desirable or sometimes even possible. Therefore, if you would prefer to meet with us by telephone or video conference, we are happy to oblige.

If you elect to meet with us in person, please be sure do not have a fever, cough, or any other indication of potential illness. In our office we sanitize the surfaces, door knobs, etc. several times a day. We wear masks, and we require that our clients also wear masks.

As to signing and notarizing your documents, if you suspect you are having health issues, or want full isolation, when possible we can drive to your home or other location and observe through a window as you sign.
